2U DC Breaker Panel

2U DC Breaker Panel

DPP2U Series 2u dc distribution panels provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 20 circuits with circuit breakers that can be field installed/exchanged using a supplied puller tool.

UNIPOWER’s DPP2U Series circuit breaker panels provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 20 circuits with circuit breakers that can be field installed/exchanged using a supplied puller tool. The panels are only two mounting positions (3.5 inches) high.

The dual-bus model provides up to 20 breakers 900A (10A/10B) distribution and alarm capabilities. The A and B sections are fully isolated from each other and are polarity neutral. Breaker capacities range from 2.5 to 200 amperes. A single-bus 450A model is also available.

Breaker and power fail alarms are indicated by a dual color LED (green/red) and Form C relay contacts for each bus.

Rear accessed load cables connect via 2-hole anti-rotation posts. All connections are straight on for easy installation.

1U AC Breaker Panel

1U AC Breaker Panel

DPAC1U Series AC circuit breaker panels provide AC distribution and overload protection for two to eight circuits.

The maximum output current capacity from each A or B section is 50A, or a total of 100A from both. Individual circuit breaker capacities may be chosen f rom 5A to 30A. Any combination of breakers may be selected as long as the total current capacity of 50A for each section is not exceeded. In the standard dual model (with sections A and B) the two sections are connected in common (parallel). An optional model is available with the A and B sections isolated.

The panels are only one rack space (1.75 inches) high and come with brackets that permit mounting in either a 19- or 23-inch relay rack. They can be mounted from the front of the rack with offsets every quarter inch front to back to align with existing rack mounted equipment.

1U Fixed DC Breaker Panel

1U Fixed DC Breaker Panel

DPB1U Series 1U DC breaker panel provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 12 circuits. The panels are only one mounting position (1.75 inches) high.

The panel provides 1 to 12 single-bus breakers or 2 to 12 dual-bus (A&B) breakers (1 to 6 per bus) and distributes up to a total of 300 amperes of load current from two separate 150-ampere sources with true A and B distribution and alarm capabilities.

A and B sections of the dual-bus 1u dc breaker panel are isolated and can be separately configured for 12, 24 or 48 volts and are polarity neutral.

Breaker capacities are from 1 to 50 amperes. Alarms are indicated by a dual-color LED (green/red) and one Form C relay contact per bus.

The 1u dc breaker panels come with brackets that permit mounting in either a 19- or 23-inch relay rack. They can be mounted from the front of the rack with offsets every quarter-inch front to back to align with existing rack-mounted equipment.

1U Pluggable DC Breaker Panel

DPP1U Series 1u dc distribution panels employ circuit breakers to provide distribution and overload protection for 1 to 16 circuits with circuit breakers that can be field installed/exchanged without the need for any additional tools.

The 1u dc distribution panels are only 1.75 inches high and provide up to 16 breakers single-bus 150A or dual-bus 300A (8A/8B) distribution and alarm capabilities.

The panels provide up to 16 breakers single bus 150A or dual-bus 300A (8A/8B) distribution and alarm capabilities. The A and B sections of the dual-bus panel are fully isolated. Breaker capacities range from 1 to 30 amperes.

Breaker alarm is indicated by a dual color LED (green/red) and Form C relay contacts for each bus.

Sageon Shield

The Sageon® Shield battery monitor is a stand-alone solution for monitoring the status of 48V battery strings. The Sageon® Shield, as a member of the Sageon® SageView® software ‘family’, has the familiar SageView® look and feel. It is also an excellent addition for non-Sageon® plants, adding battery monitoring capability with the same SageView® software interface.

The Sageon® Shield can be used to monitor individual cell voltages of a battery during a float or equalization operation, during a charge/discharge, and up to 4 battery current channels during charge/ discharge (with optional current transducers).

Each Sageon® Shield battery monitor is capable of monitoring the voltages of up to 24 cells or mono-blocks and can be expanded via the optional Sageon® Battery Monitor (SBM) to monitor 3 additional battery strings of 24 cells or mono-blocks each.

Using the TCP-IP/SNMP remote communications ability of the Sageon® Shield battery monitor and the SageView® software installed on your PC, cell voltages can be viewed in ‘real time’. From within SageView®, your cell voltage data can be viewed in various formats, providing you with a snapshot of the health of your power plant’s batteries.

The Sageon® Shield ships as standard with: in-line power protection devices, 1 x 10’ (~3m) ambient temperature sensor, 1 x 10’ (~3m) battery temperature sensor, and a 25’ (~7.6m) battery string (24 cell) wiring harness with 5/16” battery post adaptor terminals.
