Michael brings over 30 years of Energy and Industrial business leadership experience to Green Cubes Technology. He began his career in sales as a graduate of General Electric’s Technical Sales Program and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Michael successfully led several large, 1000+ employee, global technology and services businesses for GE, ABB, and Johnson Controls. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Emory. Michael resides in Atlanta and is a passionate volunteer for leadership programs aligned with at risk youth.

Nicola has more than 20 years of experience in high-performance power electronics design and has an established background in leading multidisciplinary teams operating on a global scale. Together with his teams, Nicola has designed cutting-edge products with best-in-class performance and worked on product and technology roadmaps. Nicola has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an EMBA in International Management.

Robin Schneider has over 15 years of experience in the marketing of batteries and power technology and started her career in the battery industry working at Micro Power Electronics, and subsequently worked at Inventus Power and Phasium. She holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Texas where she studied with John Goodenough, who earned a Nobel Prize for his role in the invention of the Li-ion battery in 2019. As an industry thought leader, Dr. Schneider is a regular contributor to industry publications and conferences. She lives in Portland, OR, with her husband and teenage son. Their family enjoys hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Joseph Richards currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management at Green Cubes Technology. With a proven track record in Product Management and Systems Engineering, Joseph has become a leading figure in his field, demonstrating a profound ability to manage complex projects and drive technological advancements. Joseph's foundational knowledge in engineering was honed at Purdue University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Before his tenure at Green Cubes Technology, Joseph amassed extensive experience working with several top-tier automotive companies. His impressive career includes significant roles at Delphi Automotive Systems supporting General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Volvo and BMW. His diverse background across these industry giants has fortified his expertise in Electrical Engineering, P&L Ownership, Management, and Executive Leadership. Joseph's ability to lead engineering teams and manage large-scale projects has been instrumental in Green Cubes' success.

Anthony Cooper’s professional path has been defined by a proven track record in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, with a deep expertise in systems engineering. Before joining Green Cubes, Anthony served as the Delphi Engineering Group Manager, where he honed his skills and built a solid foundation in engineering leadership. Anthony has driven significant improvements and lead successful projects in the implementation of Lithium ion batteries for industrial trucks, making him a respected figure in the material handling and ground support industries. Anthony's strong engineering acumen is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Chris Seeterlin is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience in operations and leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Green Cubes Technology, Chris has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering sustainable growth for the past two years. His extensive career includes a remarkable 30-year tenure at GE, where he held various roles, including Program Manager, Sourcing, and General Manager. Chris is recognized for his expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Chris holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Emory University.

With an impressive 20-year tenure at Green Cubes Technology, Jennifer Payton has been a driving force in shaping the company’s success. As Senior Vice President of Business Operations, she leverages her expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership and team building to deliver exceptional results. Jennifer’s career is marked by her ability to drive stability and improve performance in multiple organizations, including the renowned Bose Corporation. Her dedication to excellence and keen attention to detail have consistently set her apart. A proud graduate of Vanderbilt University, Jennifer combines her academic foundation with decades of professional experience to inspire teams and tackle complex challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys a bustling home life with her two teenage children and their extensive extracurricular activities.

Allen George is a seasoned leader with extensive expertise across multiple industries, including semiconductors, automotive, aerospace, building products, and high-power electronics. With a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Materials Science from Duke University, Allen began his career in the semiconductor sector with United Technologies and GE. He has since gained valuable experience working for global leaders like Sumitomo Electric and Magellan Aerospace. Allen excels at streamlining and scaling manufacturing operations. He has successfully managed multi-site manufacturing and launched operations across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. His strong leadership and hands-on experience in operations make him adept at driving results in start-up environments as well as established enterprises. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean manufacturing expertise, Allen is dedicated to process improvement and operational efficiency. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a proud father of five and a grandfather to eleven. Allen brings a commitment to innovation, excellence, and a global perspective on manufacturing growth to the Green Cubes Technology team.
