Michael Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Michael brings over 30 years of Energy and Industrial business leadership experience to Green Cubes Technology. He began his career in sales as a graduate of General Electric’s Technical Sales Program and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Michael successfully led several large, 1000+ employee, global technology and services businesses for GE, ABB, and Johnson Controls. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Emory. Michael resides in Atlanta and is a passionate volunteer for leadership programs aligned with  at risk youth.


Michael Mimnaugh

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Mimnaugh has over 35 years of progressive accounting experience within diverse international industries. He has successfully led several companies through dynamic leadership and ownership change events in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and commercial services sectors. Michael holds a CPA designation, graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and achieved his MBA from Ohio State University. Michael resides in Tampa, FL, and is the proud father of two young adult children. Michael volunteers in various youth coaching and non-profit treasurer activities and enjoys golf and fishing in his spare time.


Nicola Cinagrossi

Senior VP Engineering

Nicola has more than 20 years of experience in high-performance power electronics design and has an established background in leading multidisciplinary teams operating on a global scale. Together with his teams, Nicola has designed cutting-edge products with best-in-class performance and worked on product and technology roadmaps. Nicola has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an EMBA in International Management.


Robin Schneider, PhD

Director of Marketing

Robin Schneider has over 15 years of experience in the marketing of batteries and power technology and started her career in the battery industry working at Micro Power Electronics, and subsequently worked at Inventus Power and Phasium. She holds a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Texas where she studied with John Goodenough, who earned a Nobel Prize for his role in the invention of the Li-ion battery in 2019. As an industry thought leader, Dr. Schneider is a regular contributor to industry publications and conferences. She lives in Portland, OR, with her husband and teenage son. Their family enjoys hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
