Swappable Lithium Battery

Pre-engineered and manufactured by Green Cubes, this swappable lithium iron phosphate battery pack stores 290 Whr of energy for portable and mobile equipment applications. Features include a complete Battery Management System (BMS), SoC and SoH calculations, hot-swap capability, and over 2,000 operational cycles. Pre-certified to reduce time to market.

Power System

An AC output mobile platform for managing on-board charging and discharging will support connecting up to two batteries in parallel, handle balancing, and enable hot-swapping during operation.

The system supports swappable battery operation with continuous power delivery during battery replacement.

Charger

Control charging current, voltage, profile, and prioritization. Using field-tested communication and battery management processes, each swappable battery is charged independently for faster turnaround and operational efficiency.

Power Dock

This accessory utilizes our standard swappable battery platform, allowing users to easily swap, charge, and discharge through a standard USB-C port.
