Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are intended for short trips of shopping, social and recreational purposes. Though they are distinct, golf carts and All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) also fit into this category. Generally, LSVs have a top speed of 25 mph, that will include Low Speed two-wheelers and three-wheelers into this category.
