Industrial Lithium SAFEFlex is a comprehensive industrial lithium ion battery solution designed to meet the cost, performance, efficiency, and durability requirements of the rugged warehouse environment. It includes application-specific cell chemistry and intelligent battery management electronics. FBP-1000 series Lithium SafeFlex industrial lithium battery systems are high cycle life maintenance free solutions for industrial vehicles with fully customizable features to fulfill the most demanding requirements. The drop-in replacement industrial lithium batteries make upgrading from Lead Acid to Lithium simple. The industrial lithium ion batteries are sized to fit the standard motive power lead acid battery, along with meeting the truck battery weight requirements. From 5kWh to 35kWh, Green Cubes Technologies has industrial lithium ion batteries ready for the application.
Designed for mobile industrial or medical workstations, the Swappable Industrial Battery (Industrial Swappable Battery) from Green Cubes Technology exceeds the highest performance and regulatory requirements for mobile or motive equipment manufacturers. The Industrial Swappable Battery is optimized for operator ergonomics and fast- or hot-swapping of workstation batteries. The Industrial Swappable Battery utilizes a very accurate fuel gauge, has a five stage LED for battery status, and has active cell balancing on charge and discharge cycles.
The Industrial Swappable Battery utilizes Industrial Lithium Iron Phosphate technology, which is the safest and most environmentally friendly cell chemistry available today for industrial lithium batteries. In addition, the Industrial Swappable Battery provides the longest cycle life over any other Lithium-ion or Lead Acid batteries. The high current capability insures that the Industrial Swappable Battery powers your in-base inverter or IT devices, as well as other mechanical subsystems that may have higher current needs. Finally, the extensive list of agency approvals ensures your mobile workstation maintains compliance with existing agency approvals.
To complement the Industrial Swappable Battery, Green Cubes offers the Swappable Industrial Charger which supports integrated lithium-ion charging electronics and high current contact design to accommodate fast charging. Note the Swappable Industrial Charger requires an external power source of 60 Volts DC.

Green Cubes is a great company, great engineers, great product. That’s been kind of my number one go to [lithium] battery.
The thing I like about Green Cubes is that they have other lines of business outside of material handling batteries, they have been in the lithium world for a long time. I can trust they will likely stay in business
Green Cubes [differentiates] on its capability to custom design for things like the hardware, the firmware, and inverters. They also have economies of scale because they make battery systems for things like forklifts.
I am doing some work with them right now. We’re learning their products, and looking at demos. They have good people. They seem like they know the technology well – they say they’re a technology company. I like that they’ve been in the lithium business a long time. I can trust they will likely stay in business.
Green Cubes Technology would be my go-to for lithium applications.
